Shipping policy
SHIPPING + PROCESSING TIME - PRE ORDERS
All orders are added on the production due on our pre-order system which can take 8-10 weeks. Various factors can effect this. Once the products have arrived out our facility, the orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days. Once shipped, orders may take 2–5 days to arrive locally within South Africa not including processing time. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as the order is processed, not shipped. Outlying areas and international deliveries will take longer.
We prefer Globeflight (estimated 2–5 business days) for our SA customers, but use other local courier companies in some instances. International orders are mostly shipped via DHL, Fedex or Aramax.
Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.
